Bake as directed
Make sure to test your cupcakes with a toothpick to make sure that they are cooked completely
Mix up a batch of ButterCream Frosting (see recipe) and add in some green food coloring.

Pick up a few packs of Sour Punch Straws, they make them in all kinds of colors. We bought pink and green, and also some jelly bean eggs, yummy!
Bend the straws and insert them in to the cupcake
Add some Jelly Beans and sprinkles or anything else that you might like in your cupcake Easter basket.
