Heart Shaped Omelette


1 slice ham chopped
1-2 tbsp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp green onion chopped
2 eggs


Ok, I used a heart shaped small skillet but you could use any small skillet in any shape or size! First break the two eggs in to a bowl, break the yokes and mix thoroughly. Pour in to pan. Cook until top is no longer mushy. Add cheddar cheese to one side of omelet, then chopped ham and green onions. Fold over to one side so It looks more like a broken heart...oops! I guess I'm a heart breaker!
